Flavors Remembered
Through Time

The menu moves between familiar rituals and unexpected places.

Gambas al Ajillo, Duck Sisig, Crispy Pork Belly, Hamachi Crudo, flame-grilled Skirt Steak, charcuterie and vegetable-forward plates, built to be passed across the table. Finish with Bananas Foster or Ube Donuts and one more round.

Our cocktail program looks backward without getting stuck there.

Roughly three-quarters pre-Prohibition classics, the rest modern riffs. Dirty Martini, District Still Negroni, Oaxacan Old Fashioned, Maghrebi Mojito, Morning Glory, and a full spirit-free list, alongside a curated selection of wine and beer.
